Dead Before Dawn was first born at Red & Jerry’s and will be returning to the south Denver Metro area for the 2009 Halloween season.

The haunted house is unique in that its entire theme is focused on zombies from start to finish. After a one-year hiatus, its creators, the Effectech Haunted House Group, decided that another year couldn’t go by without the undead coming back to life. Locations in the Littleton Colorado area are currently being negotiated and preparations are underway to get the haunted house built and ready to terrorize Denver haunted house enthusiasts in time for Halloween.

One of the unique features of the Dead Before Dawn haunted house is it’s “Scooby Doo” entrance. Guests enter the haunted house by standing in a decontamination chamber that rotates to send them into a CDC facility where the “Viral Outbreak” is being studied and work on a cure is underway. It’s there that the visitors soon become patients and are engaged in a struggle to escape the effects of a plague that is spreading everywhere.

Will you become a zombie or just get your brains eaten by one? Both of those options will have you running scared in this terrifying Denver haunted house. Fans of Denver Haunted Houses should be getting prepared for this terrifying and fun haunt experience.
